Brandians aspires to create clients imagination into a successful reality

Bakir, thank you so much for taking the time out of your busy day for this interview about your company, leadership, and entrepreneurship.

1. Bakir, please tell us about Brandians. What is the elevator pitch?

Brandians aspires to create clients imagination into a successful reality.

We are a bunch of designers, developers, marketers, strategists and business developers that accept projects from around the globe. We believe that our clients’ satisfaction is our ultimate goal and we can always go the extra mile to achieve what they expect from us.

2. What is the one thing that makes Brandians great?

Our utmost commitment to providing the best service to our clients in less and affordable market rates.

We never shy away from improvements, as we strive to deliver what we promise.

3. Please tell us what is the key to being a great entrepreneur?

Self-confidence – without this, a person becomes nothing but a demoralized and resentful human, and with these elements, success is never achievable.

Self-confidence is something, that I believe, was in-built in my personality. Shying away from difficult situations and doubting on my own plans was never an option for me.

4. What is the best advice can you give to a young entrepreneur just starting out with a new venture?

Stop believing in the general perception that you need to invest thousands to earn a hundred. With dedication, talent and hard work, you can achieve everything ever wanted.

5. What is the one thing that you, as a person, want to be known for?

I would like to be remembered as someone who is easy-going. Someone who keeps his team closer and celebrates the achievements with them.

In other words, I want to remember as a friend and not as a boss.

6. When building a business, what is the one most important thing to keep in mind at all times?

Hard work and persistence.

I believe that it is important to ditch the idea that once you have built an empire and hired people to work for you, then your work is done.

You need to continuously encourage, build and motivate people around. And you can’t do it only by lecturing them, you need to show them through the efforts you put in your business.

7. When hiring employees, what is the one most important thing you look for?

I look out for people who have a passion for their work. A person who believes in the ideology of working for what they love.

8. What is your “Why”? Why do you get up in the morning?

My purpose for waking up is to serve. Whether it is serving my clients with innovating and creative designs or serving humanity through my little deeds.

Every time, I wake my process might change but my intention remains the same.

9. What is the one thing that makes a great company?

The team. A company that has a team comprised of individuals that share a mutual purpose of providing clients with satisfactory results, even in the struggling days, make a great company.

10. What is the one thing that makes a great leader?

Always think of yourself as a learner.

A leader who believes he knows everything can never be a leader.

Sit with employees, your friends, people of your industry and constantly involve yourself in the learning process. Never let the arrogance and sense of superiority sabotage the inner passion in you.
