1. Mario, please tell us about Avadium Design. What is the elevator pitch?
Avadium is an Industrial design and product development firm. We develop new products and brands for companies by using our innovative design process.
2. What is the one thing that makes Avadium Design great?
The products Avadium create generate new sales for our clients which allows their businesses to grow and become more profitable.
3. Please tell us what is the key to being a great entrepreneur?
The key to be a great entrepreneur is networking. Your network is the foundation for your company.
4. What is the best advice can you give to a young entrepreneur just starting out with a new venture?
You need to know your market inside and out and understand what consumers want.
5. What is the one thing that you, as a person, want to be known for?
I am known for being an innovative designer that brings new product ideas to life.
6. When building a business, what is the one most important thing to keep in mind at all times?
You need to stay focused 100 percent of the time and overcome all the obstacles that you will encounter in the process.
7. When hiring employees, what is the one most important thing you look for?
I look for creative problem solvers that understands how to deliver design and brand solutions that our clients need help with.
8. What is your “Why”? Why do you get up in the morning?
I want to create a better future by designing products that will change the world.
9. What is the one thing that makes a great company?
A great company will have a focused strategy that allows the company to grow profits as well as caring about its employees.
10. What is the one thing that makes a great leader?
A great leader has a clear vision, is courageous and helps people reach their goals.
