Let’s start by telling us about your business.

We are a technology firm which customizes behavioral experiences at scale with the outcome of human performance acceleration

Q: Please tell us how you make sure your customers will become raving fans of your company?

Through our “Know, Engage, and Grow” culture – by having unique behavioral insights about each person we customize our communication and workflow management to who they are. Then, we follow this up with very high reliability.

Q: Please tell us the one thing that separates your business from the competition?

The uniqueness, depth, and predictability of the behavioral insights that we have with our ability to make them practical on a scalable basis across a whole organization with every employee and client.

Q: And to finish this section, please tell us what is the one major key to your company’s success?

Holding true to our original purpose and vision – but being flexible in how we get it done

Q: For our readers just starting to build a company, what advice can you give entrepreneurs just starting out with a new venture?

Be ready for the fact that Business Plan A will quickly turn into Business Plan G – BUT always keep your focus on why you started the company – and be prepared to get plenty of input. Also, be patient – time tells you a lot of things and when you have got everything in synch, the growth will come. However, you have to be deeply passionate about your cause to make all that work.

Q: For entrepreneurs seeking to build a business as successful as yours, what big piece of advice can you give them when times get a little challenging?

Remember why you started the business and that with every problem is an opportunity – use that mindset to take advantage and innovate – whenever I have had my biggest problems, success has actually come from that

Q: In today’s fast changing business environment, how do you stay abreast of things?

I read a lot, podcasts and also have a wide circle of people I listen to who are from diverse backgrounds and careers

Q: What is your “Why”? In one sentence, why do you get up in the morning?

To help people globally become self-empowered

Q: In one sentence, what is the most important thing one has to do to be a great leader?

You must be able to manage different people on their unique terms

Q: In one sentence, describe how important your customers are to your business?

They are vital to the business not only for revenue but for feedback, inspiration and making us better

Q: In one sentence, describe a positive way that technology can make the world a better place?

It can put information at your fingertips that you would not otherwise have and can help you as an individual do what you do even better

Q: In one sentence, tell us how something positive to motivate our readers?

You have 50% more performance capacity than you think you do – so get out there and do it

Q: In one sentence, tell us how you start your day to get ready?

I have quiet time to collect my thoughts, set priorities and journal

Q: In one sentence, describe how you handle rejection and setback?

I take that as an opportunity to learn and re-focus myself and accept it is for the better

Q: In one sentence, describe what your hiring philosophy is?

I hire based on strengths, passion and culture fit
