    • For our readers just starting to build a company, what advice can you give entrepreneurs just starting out with a new venture?
      You’ll never have all the answers, so don’t wait. You need to launch and then learn and adapt. No amount of consulting can match the real-world experience you will gain from being in-market, so get out there!
    • For entrepreneurs seeking to build a business as successful as yours, what big piece of advice can you give them when times get a little challenging?
      Never let anyone question your passion or vision. The path to success may be different from what you initially thought, but the goal is the same. Be humble regarding actual experience, but never waver on your commitment. The moment you think you’ve failed, you’ve failed.
    • In today’s fast changing business environment, how do you stay abreast of things?
      It’s critically important to have a diverse set of ‘inputs’ – follow thought leaders, keep in touch with younger generations and their views, surround yourself with people whose opinions you trust. Worry less about competitors and more about the ‘macro’ stuff – what dynamics (economic, political, social) will impact your business?
    • What is your “Why”? In one sentence, why do you get up in the morning?
      Knowing I can always do better and the challenge of figuring out how are what gets me out of bed in the morning.
