    • Let's start by telling us about your business.

    • Please tell us how you make sure your customers will become raving fans of your company?
Two things, really: First, we've invested heavily in making our solution dead-easy to use so anyone can get started in a matter of a hours, not days, without help from IT; Second, our Customer Success team and 24/7 live support will ensure that our customers get the training and support they need to see value quickly and make the most of their investment. Our product is what it is today because we listen to our customers and spend time understanding their present and future needs.
    • Please tell us the one thing that separates your business from the competition?
Our platform is the most configurable solution available, offering more options and capabilities than any other.
    • And to finish this section, Please tell us what is the one major key to your company’s success?
Flexibility – enabling our customers to easily adapt Comm100 to their unique customer engagement requirements.
    • For our readers just starting to build a company, what advice can you give entrepreneurs just starting out with a new venture?
You'll never have all the answers, so don't wait. You need to launch and then learn and adapt. No amount of consulting can match the real-world experience you will gain from being in-market, so get out there!
    • For entrepreneurs seeking to build a business as successful as yours, what big piece of advice can you give them when times get a little challenging?
Never let anyone question your passion or vision. The path to success may be different from what you initially thought, but the goal is the same. Be humble regarding actual experience, but never waver on your commitment. The moment you think you've failed, you've failed.
    • In today’s fast changing business environment, how do you stay abreast of things?
It's critically important to have a diverse set of 'inputs' – follow thought leaders, keep in touch with younger generations and their views, surround yourself with people whose opinions you trust. Worry less about competitors and more about the 'macro' stuff – what dynamics (economic, political, social) will impact your business?
    • What is your “Why”? In one sentence, why do you get up in the morning?
Knowing I can always do better and the challenge of figuring out how are what gets me out of bed in the morning.
    • In one sentence, what is the most important thing one has to do to be a great leader?
If you can consistently and clearly communicate your vision to your people, they will follow.
    • In one sentence, describe how important your customers are to your business?
[This is a silly question that will yield platitudes and clichés, but here goes]: Your customers are the ONLY source of value assignment you can get for your product – understand how they use it to understand the impact it has on their lives.
    • In one sentence, describe a positive way that technology can make the world a better place?
The single most powerful role of technology in making the world a better place is in providing access to data to enrich decision making.
    • In one sentence, tell us how something positive to motivate our readers?
Your unwavering commitment and focus will help you overcome any obstacle in your way.
    • In one sentence, tell us how you start your day to get ready?
Fuel your body and your mind to perform at your peak.
    • In one sentence, describe how you handle rejection and setback?
Leave your ego at the door and be grateful for the opportunity to learn and grow.

    • In one sentence, describe how you keep your sanity in a competitive business environment?
There is more than one path to success, you just have to find yours.
    • In one sentence, describe what your hiring philosophy is?
Industriousness and resilience trump pedigree every time.
