Let’s start by telling us about your business.

Customized leadership programs focused on emboldening braver leadership and fostering ‘cultures of courage’ that enable people to do their best work and bring the boldest thinking.

Q: Please tell us how you make sure your customers will become raving fans of your company?

By exceeding expectations on every front, including improving measurable bottom line results

Q: Please tell us the one thing that separates your business from the competition?

My programs get to the heart of what holds people back, providing deeply transformative programs.

Q: And to finish this section, please tell us what is the one major key to your company’s success?

Every program is customized to meet the specific needs, challenges and opportunities of my client organizations. There is no cookie cutter approach.

Q: For our readers just starting to build a company, what advice can you give entrepreneurs just starting out with a new venture?

Trust your instincts but be open to feedback and continually iterating on your products and services. Most of all, stay

Q: For entrepreneurs seeking to build a business as successful as yours, what big piece of advice can you give them when times get a little challenging?

Keep in mind that if it were easy to build a business and pursue a bold dream, everyone would be doing it. So when the going is tough, stay ‘on purpose’ and keep reconnecting with the big Why that inspired you to start out to begin with.

Q: In today’s fast changing business environment, how do you stay abreast of things?

Spend time each week investing in my own learning. But set boundaries on it as there is so much information out there its easy to become overloaded

Q: What is your “Why”? In one sentence, why do you get up in the morning?

To embolden braver leadership for a better world.

Q: In one sentence, what is the most important thing one has to do to be a great leader?

Lead from courage (not fear) with an inspiring vision and compelling Why

Q: In one sentence, describe how important your customers are to your business?

My customers ARE my business

Q: In one sentence, describe a positive way that technology can make the world a better place?

Technology provides accessibility, enabling people to learn, lead and lift others in more purposeful and impactful ways.

Q: In one sentence, tell us how something positive to motivate our readers?

You have all the resources you need within you to rise to the challenges ahead. So trust that you’ve got this, and on the hard days, keep putting one foot in front of the other.

Q: In one sentence, tell us how you start your day to get ready?

Setting my intention for the day, writing in my journal to get ‘on purpose’ and moving my body!

Q: In one sentence, describe how you handle rejection and setback?

I embrace my mantra to never let a setback go to waste by looking for the learning it holds and then focus forward, back toward my bold vision and big Why. What I DO NOT do is to over personalize it. Failure is an event, not a person.

Hire for cultural fit! You can always teach people tech skills. So make sure they fit your business culture and care about your mission.
