Rish Academy is a content creation website which provides high-yield, error free medical notes and web applications for medical professionals and healthcare workers.
Q: Please tell us how you make sure your customers will become raving fans of your company?
It’s simple. Almost all of the contents on our website are free to use. They bring us a lot of traffic and high user engagement. So we know the types of contents that perform well and we make premium contents on that. This enables us to retain an almost 100% customer satisfaction rate.

Easy to use, high quality, error-free contents and available at affordable prices.

We not only focus on providing high-quality study resources but also improve our IT skills which enables us to go above and beyond customer expectations.
Q: For our readers just starting to build a company, what advice can you give entrepreneurs just starting out with a new venture?
You have to believe in yourself first. Think big, make a clear plan and use all the given knowledge in order to enjoy the journey. Business is not always investing money. You have to invest your knowledge and skills. You’ve to keep improving new skills. This journey won’t be easy. It won’t be painless. But in the end it’s worth all the pain, sweat and late nights.
Q: For entrepreneurs seeking to build a business as successful as yours, what big piece of advice can you give them when times get a little challenging?
Relax! Every company has challenges and roadblocks. Have faith in your vision, your team and face the obstacles with a challenging attitude.
Q: In today’s fast changing business environment, how do you stay abreast of things?
The best source of information comes from our customers. It’s no secret that collecting and analyzing customer feedback can be highly valuable for improving our product or service. Listen and learn from their points.
Q: What is your “Why”? In one sentence, why do you get up in the morning?
I get up for my personal goals, community goals, goals for my proximity circle (family, friends and clients’ needs and goals) and humanity goals. And I want to reach them all.
