Let’s start by telling us the “Elevator Pitch” For Your Business?

We share a deep passion for technology and our works as an IT company readily exhibit it. Our development and marketing teams savor every moment we turn an app idea into reality and when our clients reach their goals. We guarantee 100% client satisfaction and we offer competitive rates for our services – both of which almost all our past clients can attest to. We prefer to walk the talk.

Could you please tell us what is the one thing that makes your company a world class company?

Our portfolio. It does a better job of articulating the quality of our work. The companies we’ve worked with are all listed there as well, and a lot of them are undoubtedly deserving of the “world-class” label. In the end, the entries in our portfolio serve to outline the milestones that map our continuous expansion over the years. And if there’s probably no better gauge than that steady growth.

Please tell us how you make sure your customers will become raving fans of your company?

It all really comes down to our ability to impart as much value for money and quality as possible. Without doubt, a lot of our clients turn to us to keep their app development and marketing costs down. There’s no shortage of people who are quick to side-eye companies that offer offshore services, thinking them immediately subpar to local ones. That said, most of our long-time clients probably love us and continue to rely on us for their future projects because we always make it a point to exceed their expectations. You’d have to try to DCI experience to truly know what we’re talking about.

To finish this section, Please tell us what is the one major key to your company’s success?

This may sound cheesy but our success primarily stems from our love for technology – particularly the way you can harness it to deliver remedies to issues that seemed insurmountable before. Without this feeling driving us through years of continuous operation, we most probably would have failed a long time ago. Without a doubt, it’s also what fuels us to aim for 100% client satisfaction.

Let’s move on to Entrepreneurship. We will ask you a few questions regarding the way you look at entrepreneurship:

For our readers just starting to build a company, what advice can you give entrepreneurs just starting out with a new venture?

Persevere and stick to your goals. More importantly, take action and actively look for opportunities to ensure your company’s survival and growth. It’s always good to aim for the top, but don’t expect to get there overnight. “Rome wasn’t built in a day,” as the saying goes. Every step, however small, counts. This is why a little solid planning won’t hurt as well.

For entrepreneurs seeking to build a business as successful as yours, what big piece of advice can you give them when times get a little challenging?

Keep a level head, be pragmatic and look at the big picture. Don’t be overwhelmed by the most immediate problems you are currently facing. Take the time to assess everything, what still works and what needs to be changed. Once you pinpoint your business’s exact weaknesses, do your best to address them immediately, whether it’s cutting unnecessary expenses or training an employee. Optimise your entire venture, in short, so you’ll be able to solve the pressing problems and keep them from coming back. Admittedly, this takes way more than discipline. Most importantly stay focussed. Don’t get distracted!

In today’s fast changing business environment, how do you stay abreast of things?

By being open to innovation and learning. As a company, DCI is seldom stuck at a static stage. Everything and everyone is constantly changing and always aiming to improve. I believe these are practically a must for any company that works in the IT field.

In this part of the interview, we would like to talk about you.

What is your “Why”? Why do you get up in the morning, and how do you keep yourself at peak performance?

It’s to start a new day! A fresh day! An early start according to me is a great way to begin the day because I get to finish all my responsibilities quickly and have more time to invest in doing more, whether it’s for business or personal reasons. There’s really no secret to how I keep myself fit. I place the same importance in dieting, exercise, and doing stress-relief activities as others.

Can you recommend a book that has had an influence in your life or career? How did it influence you?

Rich Dad Poor Dad. It definitely helped to shape my mindset and financial knowledge.

In one sentence, what do you feel makes a great leader?

To me, it will always be someone who uplifts everyone, not just his followers.

In one sentence, describe what it feels like to be an entrepreneur?

It’s like a roller coaster ride that can impart feelings you’ll never experience anywhere else.

In one sentence, describe what it feels like to be part of a successful company?

There’s really no better word to describe it than a lingering sense of fulfillment.

In one sentence, tell us how you start your day to get ready?

Nothing remarkable about it, I just freshen up and eat breakfast like most, though I do take the time for some Yoga as it keeps my mind calm and body fit.

In one sentence, describe how you handle rejection and setback?

Both of them only fuel me to improve further.

In one sentence, describe how you keep your sanity in a competitive business environment?

Though I acknowledge the competition’s presence and what they have to offer, ultimately, I just focus on improving what I’m running.

In one sentence, describe what your hiring philosophy is?

I look at attitude and aptitude because positivity in both only leads to harmony and productivity.

In one sentence, describe how important customer satisfaction is to your company?

It’s our company’s lifeblood.
