Felton Leagons is an entrepreneur with success in various fields, but majoring in real estate. He is the founder of LGI Real Estate that is among the leading real estate companies in the country. Leagons has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, 15 of which he acquired in the California Real Estate industry. He began his career in construction and real estate at the California Institute of Technology’s HVAC and plumbing department where he worked for six years. It is while working at this institute that he acquired his real estate license and made a decision to venture on his own. Leagons took to helping investing build up their portfolios, assist property owners to get buyers for their properties, and gave valuable advice to first time home buyers. With the real estate boom, Leagons brought together a team of real estate professionals that could handle multiple real estate projects. This team has seen huge success through teamwork and corporation and has seen the business grow through referrals and return businesses. Leagons and his team continue to grow by creating more interactions with various players and stakeholders in real estate. First home buyers, investors, and other industry players all have good things to say about LGI Real Estate.

I run LGI Real Estate, a real estate company that serves the needs of home sellers, buyers, and investors in California and beyond.

Q: Please tell us how you make sure your customers will become raving fans of your company?

I am very proactive in helping my clients achieve their dreams.

Q: Please tell us the one thing that separates your business from the competition?

I offer highly personalized real estate services. Whether one is buying a $500k home, or one worth $2 million, I treat them all with the same urgency.

Q: And to finish this section, please tell us what is the one major key to your company’s success?

I would credit my success to a personalized approach to customer service.

Q: For our readers just starting to build a company, what advice can you give entrepreneurs just starting out with a new venture?

I would advise them to make sure that they are passionate about the venture. Without it, you are likely to fail.

Q: For entrepreneurs seeking to build a business as successful as yours, what one big piece of advice can you give them when times get a little challenging?

Use the hard times to strengthen your business systems. That’s how a business grows strong over time.

I read lots of industry publications. They help me stay updated on the latest industry issues.

To live the best life possible.

Anyone aspiring to be a great leader should build their people skills.
