We pride ourselves on developing innovative products, competitive rates, and excellent client and customer service.
Q: Please tell us the one thing that separates your business from the competition.
There are many things—but our number one thing is our innovation. We constantly strive to innovate and create new products for our clients.
Q: And to finish this section, please tell us what the one major key to your company’s success is?
Our success is being responsive—calling people back and making sure our clients know that we care about their needs. You have a car we guard and protect you in any way possible. From Martinsburg West Virginia to Seattle, Washington
Q: For our readers just starting to build a company, what advice can you give entrepreneurs just starting out with a new venture?
It takes time for your business to get to where you want it to be. I have heard so many entrepreneurs think that they will become successful in a matter of months. I first thought this when I started my first business as well. True success takes years. Someone once told me—you start to really become successful at 5 years. My first business didn’t really start to become successful until 3 years. My number one advice to anyone starting a business is to be patient—if you believe in your idea and can continue to evolve, over time you will make it. But don’t expect to be huge overnight.
Q: For entrepreneurs seeking to build a business as successful as yours, what big piece of advice can you give them when times get a little challenging?
Don’t ever give up. No matter what crazy challenge presents itself, there is always an answer. Always keep thinking and innovating on how to solve your challenges.
Q: In today’s fast-changing business environment, how do you stay abreast of things?
Constantly monitor the competition and the market – make sure your business evolves accordingly.
Q: What is your “Why”? In one sentence, why do you get up in the morning?
I get up every day in the morning to make a difference. Every day presents new challenges – which means there are new solutions.
Q: In one sentence, what is the most important thing one has to do to be a great leader?
A great leader has to know how to manage and read people. Great leaders know when you have to be nice when you have to be tough and know how to conduct their professional relationships accordingly.
Q: In one sentence, describe how important your customers are to your business?
Without them, we have no business.
Q: In one sentence, describe a positive way that technology can make the world a better place?
Technology makes the world better because it allows us better insight into serving our customers and gives us tools to serve our customers better.
Q: In one sentence, tell us how you start your day to get ready?
I always get a protein shake and a coffee in the morning—then I just go. I know it is an odd habit but it keeps me constantly moving.
Q: In one sentence, describe how you handle rejection and setback?
I take the setback and always try to figure out a way to overcome it.
Q: In one sentence, describe what your hiring philosophy is?
Hire the right person the first time—it’s better to hire no one for a position at all than someone who isn’t going to do a good job.
Q: In one sentence, describe how you keep your sanity in a competitive business environment?
Have a great team that you work with and ensure that you keep a diverse and hard-working group that values community and teamwork. It’s a formula that’s been very successful.
