Q: Please tell us about your business and how you make sure your customers will become raving fans of your company?

We never focus on output, but on outcomes. Our absolute focus on transformational digital outcomes always leaves our clients and customers happy

Q: Please tell us the one thing that separates your business from the competition?

Our focus on hiring the best talent and forming the right partnerships

Q: Please tell us what is the one major key to your company’s success?

Major key to our success is our outcome centric culture.
We have successfully created a bottoms up culture where everyone is empowered to challenge status-quo and contribute to the organization

Q: For our readers just starting to build a company, what advice can you give entrepreneurs just starting out with a new venture?

You will have days where you feel on top of the world and feel like you are at the bottom the very next, be prepared for the ups and down.
Be resilient and believe in why you started this venture.

Q: For entrepreneurs seeking to build a business as successful as yours, what big piece of advice can you give them when times get a little challenging?

As an entrepreneur you should develop the insight, frameworks and support structures to know when to persevere and when to pivot.
Develop the right network of mentors, help is always available, don’t be afraid of asking for it.

Q: In today’s fast changing business environment, how do you stay abreast of things?

It’s important to stay ahead and keep tabs of the space you are in. You should read a lot and talk to mentors a lot.
Also, it’s important to not get too worried about the shiny new development and try to pursue it. As an entrepreneur you should be saying “NO” more than “Yes”.
You have to equip yourself with some frameworks and thought processes to say “NO” meaningfully.

Q: In one sentence, what is the most important thing one has to do to be a great leader?

The quote that I love the most about leadership is “It never about YOU and its ALL about YOU”. The first part says, leaders focus on others and not on themselves. The second part says, change always starts with yourself.

Q: In one sentence, describe how important your customers are to your business?

Customers are extremely important. But, depending on the product/service you are building you have to be careful not to build everything for everyone. Build something critical and important for a few customers first.

Q: In one sentence, describe a positive way that technology can make the world a better place?

Technology levels the playing field for our society. A lot of inherent biases that we knowingly or unknowingly carry are eliminated by the right use of technology.

Q: In one sentence, tell us something positive to motivate our readers?

80% of people will never work on themself. It’s very easy to get ahead if you just work on YOURSELF.

Q: In one sentence, tell us how you start your day to get ready?

My morning espresso is my time to prioritize my day 🙂

Q: In one sentence, describe how you handle rejection and setback?

Rejection is an important learning lesson. I always look to learn from it. Rejection can pull you down if you don’t have another client meeting lined up quickly. Lean from rejection but momentum is important, try to go after clients in batches.

Q: In one sentence, describe what your hiring philosophy is?

Always hire someone better than the last hire.

Q: In one sentence, describe how you keep your sanity in a competitive business environment?

My goals help me stay grounded. I clearly know how our services are different from our competition.Once I know what I am chasing, my competition doesn’t bother me much. Don’t try and build a bigger house than your neighbor, build a big enough house for yourself 🙂
