Hector Sosa Flores is the founder of Axios Group, LLC and Code Loft, LLC. His company is excited to present its private beta offering of Instaweb, an exciting new product that can make it easy for anyone to build a professional-looking website, regardless of their level of experience.

Flores has an extensive educational background. Starting with his college studies at Boston University, where he minored in political science and finance, he then studied International Diplomacy at Madridís Universidad Complutense.
Flores received his legal training at the University of San Diego School of Law, after which he worked in a law firm for five years. He later received certifications from the Harvard School of Business in negotiation, business finance, and entrepreneurial essentials.

Flores broke into the commodities and foreign exchange market in 2012. His company managed $150 million in gold and traded $550 million in foreign exchange funding. Flores also has experience managing mining operations, investing in different types of mining in South America over the course of his career. Hector Sosa Flores has a uniquely rich educational background and a vast wealth of experience in a variety of business fields. With this knowledge, it is clear that Code Loft and Instaweb will be popular in the future. He has a great deal to share with less experienced business owners and offers some of his hard-won expertise in this interview.

Letís start by telling us about your business.

My business is called Code Loft, LLC and we have a brand new product called Instaweb. We have been involved in the development of this product for quite some time, and we know that it will cause a revolution among website-building platforms.

Q: Please tell us how you make sure your customers will become raving fans of your company?

We will create Instaweb fans by making our product as simple as possible while producing excellent results. One of our goals is to make sure that viewers of your website donít recognize that it was made by a builder program. These websites will look completely professional.

Q: Please tell us the one thing that separates your business from the competition?

The one thing that separates us from the competition is the care and thought that we put into our product. We have not rushed our product to market because we believe in putting a final polish on it. We hope that people will try the beta version of the product and let us know what could be changed or improved upon.

Q: And to finish this section, please tell us what is the one major key to your companyís success?

Code Loft is successful due to the excellent qualifications of its staff. We are all highly educated in our fields, and we all believe in continuing to advance in our education and skills. I think that when people stop learning, they are giving up on their future potential.

Q: For our readers just starting to build a company, what advice can you give entrepreneurs just starting out with a new venture?

Many people may believe that this is a terrible time to start a new business. While it is true that the business world has been rocked by current events, there are great opportunities for people who are willing to put in the time and effort. One of the things that new business owners must keep in mind is that there are new niches of opportunity wherever you look. Many companies have become successful selling products and services that we never would have deemed essential a year ago, like face masks and hand sanitizers.

Q: For entrepreneurs seeking to build a business as successful as yours, what one big piece of advice can you give them when times get a little challenging?

If you can stay on top of trends in the business world, you will be better able to meet todayís challenges. Keeping your finger on the pulse of todayís businesses will let you know when there are opportunities that arenít being fulfilled in the market today. You should also make sure that you do contingency planning for your business. Decide in advance what you will do if you have to tighten your purse strings. Whether you will have to let workers go or tighten your budget in some other way, you should have a road map already in place.

Q: In todayís fast-changing business environment, how do you stay abreast of things?

I always have feelers out in the business world, particularly in the software field. I always want to know what my competitors are doing and why. If you do business in a vacuum, you wonít be able to compete and you will be left behind.

Q: What is your ďWhyĒ? In one sentence, why do you get up in the morning?

I have an ongoing spirit of inquiry and curiosity. The new challenges each day invigorate me. I have always worked on expanding my education, and I feel like everything is a learning experience.

Q: In one sentence, what is the most important thing one has to do to be a great leader?

You must be willing to take on any job that you ask your employees to do. If you canít turn your hand to most if not all tasks within your company, your employees wonít respect you. Employees are left jaded and unhappy when they feel like their supervisors solely exist to push them around and have no actual experience in the business.

Q: In one sentence, describe how important your customers are to your business?

Our customers are everything. Iíd be surprised to see anyone answer this question any differently than I have. If youíre selling a product or service, the fact remains that youíll get nowhere if no one wants to buy it.

Q: In one sentence, describe a positive way that technology can make the world a better place?

Technology is connecting all of us. Especially today, when we canít necessarily get together in person, technology is fulfilling a crucial role. Technology also helps us solve problems in innovative ways, using fewer resources to get the same amount of work done.

Q: In one sentence, tell us how something positive to motivate our readers?

This may sound like a cliche, but there is always a better day coming. You may feel like a failure one day but have a great opportunity open up to you the next day. At the same time, you have to be realistic with yourself about your prospects, but you should never give up hope entirely.

Q: In one sentence, tell us how you start your day to get ready?

I have a cup of strong coffee and some fruit, and I read the business newspapers on my tablet. I think that a global perspective on business issues is valuable when it comes to making decisions.

Q: In one sentence, describe how you handle rejection and setback?

Everyone has to deal with setbacks, thatís just part of life. Personally, I try to educate myself about the problem and focus on new ways to solve it.

Q: In one sentence, describe what your hiring philosophy is?

I have an open mind when it comes to hiring people. I donít mind hiring people with only a little experience, because then they can hit the ground running when it comes to doing things the way I like to have them done.

Q: In one sentence, describe how you keep your sanity in a competitive business environment?

This is a tough one. I keep my sanity by spending as much time with my family as possible. I know that spending too much time on work can lead to strained family relationships, so I try to make time to relax each day.
