Our award winners are selected for leadership. Their company leads and their business system leads, we consider our award winners lamplighters. We believe we need more courageous entrepreneurs bringing light into the world by building compelling companies that make a difference.

Where we excel…

We excel in several areas, we don’t claim to do everything but when it comes to UX research, websites, their content and marketing them, we really shine. Coupled with enterprise-level project management we have tackled some of the most challenging online projects.

Our origins, the detailed version.

Founder Peter Kawecki started his business journey in 2000, fresh out of a creative design and technology degree at UNSW COFA. With a passion for helping businesses thrive online, he immediately found a handful of his own clients. Later working with Sydney’s top agencies; he honed many valuable strategic, creative and technical skills, from coding and animation to UX and UI design.

In 2006 Bapple was officially registered out of a Sydney beachside apartment; established against a backdrop of sun, sand and surf, a growing web design and branding agency was born. Kawecki wanted to build a business with a reputation for innovative, engaging and human-centric creative communications and digital products; less about digital trends, more about the people that use them.
