Let us start by telling us about your business.

We focus on helping people who have always wanted to work for themselves, and crack into the online world – by specifically offering them all of the systems, training, support – and even curated products. They don’t need to have any prior business experience – they don’t have be a technological guru – everything is broken down into easy to follow steps that they can do at their own pace.

We have a community of online business owners that spans the entire globe – people helping people – and achieving results together. Being an entrepreneur can be daunting – and personally exhausting, because you constantly find yourself dealing with new challenges, and trying to overcome new hurdles. You’ll find yourself not only second guessing yourself sometimes – but you’ll also find yourself surrounded by loved ones that doubt you as well! On the days that you can’t believe in yourself – or nobody around you can – our community will. We get it – because we’re all in the same boat together. I love the old proverb – “if you want to go fast – go alone – but if you want to go far – let’s go together!”

Q: Please tell us how you make sure your customers will become raving fans of your company?

By maintaining a community that is built upon the premise of servant leadership. Those that are the most successful in our community are also the first to share their success. All of us share our knowledge, experience, tips, tricks, even personal journeys – in an effort to help everyone as a whole move forward together. Things are constantly changing in the online world – and quickly! Every single week there are multiple masterminds, group sessions, etc that happen in our community – where people can gather, share information, and help eachother grow.

As well, we have always made the point of hiring from within our community. Starting a business is a journey – it naturally takes time to build something that is solid. Some people come to us with more resources than others – and so by hiring from within it allows us to offer another line of support to our fellow community members.

We ALWAYS try to celebrate each other’s successes! When you work for yourself it’s critical that you recognize the milestones in your journey to success – and when your peers celebrate them with you – well it’s even more satisfying!

We try to always shine the light on others. A community is the sum of it’s parts – and each part is critical to the overall entity. When someone is to shy to step up – we try to seek them out and bring them to the stage. We find that for those that are to shy to step forward into the spot light, sometimes if you hold their hand and guide them forward – they step into it easier, and gain a confidence that helps them grow 100X

Q: Please tell us the one thing that separates your business from the competition.

Ours works. The online space is full of so much garbage that doesn’t work for people. Not to say that ours is perfect or has 100% success – BUT – we do bend over backwards to ensure that people have everything at their disposal that can help them. For the person that takes advantage of that opportunity – it can generate incredible results. I don’t know of anything else out there that combines the heart and compassion of a community with the efficiency of power of enterprise technology – as well as constant exposure personal and business training.

Q: And to finish this section, please tell us what the one major key to your company’s success is?

We have brought families back together again. Immigrants have been able to bring their parents and children from overseas to live with them. Spouses have been able to quit their jobs and spend their days with their partners. Children have been able to travel home to spend days with their parents. This is what it is all about. Money isn’t anything unless you use it for a heart-centred purpose.

Q: For our readers just starting to build a company, what advice can you give entrepreneurs just starting out with a new venture?

Take the time to connect with your why. And when you think you’ve found your why – try to take it 10 levels deeper. You need clarity and focus to ensure your success. You need to be so connected to why success in your business is important that NOTHING can stop you. For example – I asked someone recently why they wanted to start this business.

They replied so they could spend more time with their kids. I asked them why that was important to them – and they looked at me like I lost my mind – but I pushed them – and they tought about it… and came back with “because I feel like I’m failing them by not being there.” I pushed harder…. “because when I was young, my parents weren’t there for me. And then I made some seriously bad decisions that took me years to deal with – and I don’t want my kids to have to ever have to go through what I did.” Now – without going into the details further – suffice it to say – that by the end of that discussion – that person is MUCH clearer on why it is so important that their business succeeds…. And will fight that much harder to make it happen. Now it’s not just about dollars and cents. It’s not just business. It is a crusade for the good of their children!

Q: For entrepreneurs seeking to build a business as successful as yours, what big piece of advice can you give them when times get a little challenging?

Take a look at what is really happening – and look at all of the possible outcomes – including the worst possible one that you can imagine. Very rarely when a challenge comes up is it ever going to be “end of days.” But quite often we make it out to be. So when you understand that it’s not life or death – it really brings things into perspective I find. Allows you to catch your breath, and proceed with a level head, knowing that you’ll be ok no matter what.

Q: In today’s fast changing business environment, how do you stay abreast of things?

This is the advantage of working within a community. You don’t have to do it all by yourself. We have tens of thousands of entrepreneurs in our community. If something changes or comes up – everyone knows about it because we have channels of communication that allow for that.

Q: What is your “Why”? In one sentence, why do you get up in the morning?

To ensure that no matter what happens – myself and those that I love have options in life – so that no matter what happens, we will be ok. I’m a child of the 80s – I remember double digit mortgage rates – and people all around us losing their homes and their livelihood. I remember how much my parents sacrificed in order to ensure that we didn’t lose ours. They fought with everything in them – and more. Now it’s my turn.

Q: In one sentence, what is the most important thing one has to do to be a great leader?

Grow leaders – by leading by example, by creating a safe place for growth and development, and by knowing when to step aside for the light to shine on someone else.

Q: In one sentence, describe how important your customers are to your business?

Simple – they are everything – without them there is no business.

Q: In one sentence, describe a positive way that technology can make the world a better place?

Technology today allows loved ones to connect when it’s not possible to meet in person – everyone understands this now after the past couple of years.

Q: In one sentence, tell us how something positive to motivate our readers?

The sooner you stop wondering “what if” and actually start doing – something will actually happen – get out of your way!

Q: In one sentence, tell us how you start your day to get ready?

With gratitude. I consciously make the point of being grateful for waking up another day beside the love of my lives – and then get outside to take a deep breath of air and appreciate all that is around me.

Q: In one sentence, describe how you handle rejection and setback?

I check my ego – and try to understand the other’s perspective.

Q: In one sentence, describe what your hiring philosophy is?

Hire people that you know you can trust – skills can be learned – but loyalty cannot be.

Q: In one sentence, describe how you keep your sanity in a competitive business environment?

I learned a long time ago that the more successful you become the more jealousy that can instill in others – that is their journey – not yours – and remember, they’re acting the way they are because of self doubt and fear.
