Founded by John W. Frey and Jim Wilhite in March 2005, the National Coalition of Healthcare Recruiters (NCHCR) is exclusive to the Independent Healthcare Recruiter and Independent Boutique Healthcare Agencies.
NCHCR was founded with the intent to help independent healthcare recruiters and healthcare agencies by creating an easily accessible collective resource that would give the members multiple resources to help them grow and become successful.
NCHCR is an advanced multifaceted tool designed to help the members to reach healthcare providers and candidates across the entire healthcare industry.  NCHCR offers the members an optional Split Network, large databases, a forum board for members to share ideas, a safe secure method of sharing candidates and much more. NCHCR does it accept any over-rides or fees from any job placement or splits. NCHCR is not a healthcare recruiter or agency.
The Founders of NCHCR believe in long term relationships but not long term contracts. Membership is month to month charged to a credit card. As mentioned earlier NCHCR is an exclusive Coalition for the Independent Healthcare Recruiter/Agency and therefore does not allow Hospitals or Clinics to join.
